"4i's" means:

INITIATIVE! Creation of a sector for the production of distributed energy and heat distribution for isolated areas where the producer is also the customer.

INNOVATIONS! The team of 4i’s has created a model solution based on the concept of distributed energy to be used at any local autonomous island energy sector. The solution contains new, innovative and economically viable technologies that can be applied in the field of renewable energy sources, in the natural (traditional, slate, casing-head) and synthetic (hydrogen, coal, biogas) gas sectors and in the transportation sector of the 21st century.

INTELLIGENCE! "4i's" uses a set of methodologies, processes, and technologies with years of experience to transform raw data into useful information for business purposes.

INVESTMENTS! We help companies and private investors to become engaged in the business of investing in markets and large projects they may otherwise not be able to find the means for. Invest in pooled capital to make a profit with clean renewable energy and technological advances in energy standards.

Main activities of 4i’s CNMI, LLC:
4i's CNMI, LLC main activities: initiation, investment, development, formation and operation of modern, autonomous independent power generating complexes in the Pacific Islands and later in the Russian Federation. Our model is built on the concept of distributed energy (DE), utilizing renewable energy sources (RES) and liquefied gases (LNG + H2). TAGS: DE = RES + LNG + H2. DE, RES, LNG, LNG TEU ISO, LNG FSRU, Mini LNG (tankers, ports and vessels).

The main product of 4i’s CNMI, LLC:
Power generating complexes are designed to evenly use both, renewable energy resources (wind, solar, geothermal) and gas turbines/fuel cells running on natural gas and hydrogen. Natural gas will be delivered from a near by LNG hub; hydrogen will be produced using excess energy during periods of above year average wind speeds. It will require a logistic infrastructure for LNG receiving and storage, but at the same time will stimulate development of new delivery logistics and infrastructure that will allow LNG delivery to an individual homeowner, presenting a separate business with an annual turnover in billions USD.

Victor Popolitov Founder, President of 4i’s-CNMI, LLC:
Mr. Popolitov has more than 30 years of experience as an engineer. Victor worked as a developer and manager of projects and companies in the fields of autonomous and distributed energy, utility services, telecommunications and exploration of minerals. victor-p@4is-cnmi.com

INVESTORS & PARTNERS

Help us on our journey to help 170 isolated island communities, suffering from energy discrimination. Become a part of our story.

We work with investors to select from a number of possible alternatives of renewable energy, more over individual aspects of each renewable energy sector. For example 4i's will support and back partner decisions to invest in wind turbine technology, the hydrogen energy sector, LNG or Geo-Thermal. Each of our structured investment options have detailed, but comprehensive, plans on what is needed where, how and why; Where your money is going, who else is supporting the sectors and what you can expect in return.

4i's actively seeks investors or businesses that understand harnessing the positive power of Asset Pooling / pooled entrepreneurship. We are primarily interested to address technological and environmental challenges through the deployment of capital and intelligence. For example, criteria to evaluate positive technology and environmental outcomes of investments are an integrated component of the investment process and products used.

Leaders in energy and renewable resource sectors

Our Mission is to create modern autonomous small and medium enterprises with the primary use of renewable energy sources, hydrogen power sector, natural and slate gases, starting with the islands in the Pacific.

Being a leader in clean energy 4i's works to increase investment flows into clean energy by demonstrating the commercial viability of and removing specific barriers to the scale-up of renewable energy technologies that reduce green house gas (GHG) emissions and increase access to modern energy services for the upper-class, middle-class and the poor.

Below are several specific areas we focus on with our partners:

Develop, design and deliver a growing pipeline and portfolio of projects that take a programmatic perspective on addressing market barriers to clean energy and thus open up markets for investment.

Manage project budgets; hire and manage project teams, including consultants and consulting firms as necessary.

Business development for clean energy projects, jointly with other relevant advisory or investment teams, and, where appropriate, coaching colleagues and reviewing/quality assuring projects of others.

Actively contribute to fundraising efforts for clean energy programs across the world to support the growth of the clean energy sectors.

Grow the number and impact of advisory projects in the Clean Energy sector including product category accesability to end users and investors.

Develop and continuously refine the conceptual basis and needs that investing partners are using in designing and delivering Clean Energy.

Mission Saipan (MS)

As the global climate becomes warmer and resource scarcity rises, small island nations across the world face numerous economic and environmental threats. With limited domestic resources, growing populations, geographic isolation, the potential for sea-level rise, these countries, which are also prone to natural disasters, experience unique and complex challenges.
4i's focuses on RE/EE as well and our first project will be on the island of Saipan (the CNMI). We bid on RFP's as well and stand by for announcements of RFP's 24/7.

We are looking for partners who want to invest into micro-grid development and deployment with us. We can manage these facilities and start-ups alone, however the more partners we have the larger projects we can take on, thus the more profit is to be made - the more energy is able to be produced to people and companies needing it - the larger the impact on the environment - and the better chance of selling off the facilities to local municipalities once they have been proven.

As far as the project in Saipan goes and why we chose this location:
- Based on the NREL report there are viable wind and solar sources on the island;
- Our company has completed feasibility studies by HOMER Energy, proving the location is great for deployment for many renewable energy sources (wind, solar, geothermal);
-currently 4I's is working with the Governor of the CNMI on a wind assessment project to identify the most suitable sites for the wind farms on the island. We are awaiting for the announcement of the island's grid study that is expected any day. The study will allow us to better understand the abilities of the grid system and what improvements need to be done. For right now we know that the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (CUC) is preparing an RFP for at least 40 MW; - 4i's
