A MESSAGE TO INVESTORS FROM VICTOR POPOLITOV, THE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER OF 4I’S CNMI, LLC

Help us on our journey to help 170 island communities, suffering from energy discrimination.

My name is Victor Popolitov. I am the founder and president of 4i’s CNMI, LLC. For more than 30 years I managed projects and companies in the field of autonomous and distributed energy, utility services, telecommunications and exploration of minerals in the far parts of Russia. Since 2011 I have dedicated my life, work and funds for creation of autonomous energy producing facilities, utilizing the principals of distributed energy (DE) and technologies in the field of renewable energy sources (RES) along with liquefied natural gas (LNG+H2) in the Pacific basin and later in the Russian Federation. Currently I have a project in the CNMI, an overseas US territory. The concept of the project is unique; it combines the best of the world’s technologies and economics. During the past few years we have accomplished a significant amount of work, have established valuable contacts and relationships and earned a respectable reputation. However, in order to keep moving forward and implementing the project we need smart partners and investors.

I would like to invite you to join us and to become a part of our story for public benefit and financial success!

Sincerely,
Victor Popolitov,
President/Founder of 4i’s CNMI

4i's was founded on four simple tenets: Initiative - Innovations - Intelligence - and - Investments! listening to our clients and business partners, working closely and transparently with our investors and keeping true to the tenets helps us to maintain a great working relationship with the public, as well as private companies who prove highly qualified in their fields.

Speaking of investors and local municipalities, 4i's is capable of building and proving the success of our own production plant to provide access for locals and businesses such as in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. This however brings risks and raises a few questions. So more than just being able to build a power plant, good investing and business planning needs to weigh the options of their capabilities:
To continue securing relationships with business partners and investors. Or to pursue RFP's solo which will allow for beneficial relationships if won, vs. challenging competition if becoming your own IPP? Each of these options in of them selves raises many more questions and analytical research.
